| Apparently it is a foul sewer. But several people have said it is quite common. But will do as you say and get the pipe checked just to make sure nothing to worry about.

| Roll on that planning decision. West Dulwich and Herne Hill manages to keep a butchers open whilst having a Tesco's and Sainsbury's sure will will manage in HOP. We always used both. |
