We moved from Herne Hill 10 years ago. HOP is a real community and being smaller than Forest Hill has (in my humble view) more of a community feel than FH.

I don' think that you are understanding the situation here. The package was never put in the van as, despite me paying for home delivery. the Royal Mail never attempted to deliver it.

I have seen the thug looking bouncer types who accompany these inspectors.It's funny that they are never there when you have been waiting at London Bridge station waiting for a cancelled train.

They were working at 6:45pm along with a load of ticket inspectors, there to nab passengers, who either didn't have tickets or had the wrong tickets! Its quite interesting that HOP has very few bar...
