That's because of engineering works the southbound line is closed between LB and Norwood Junction on Sunday and BH Monday. A half hourly service will run northbound to LB.

The whole point of cutting back the 63 was the stretch between Forest Hill Road and Crystal Palace was totally unreliable, while most buses were turned back at Honor Oak.

T-mobile/Virgin Mobile share the same transmitters. I have the same problem with coverage from Horniman Gardens down into Lordship Lane by Underhill Road.

You always know when there's no trains from FH when the 176 and 185 are packed thanks to the replacement buses going to New Cross Gate or London Bridge the long way round.

171 does go pretty close to TCR though, it's around a 10 min walk from Holborn via New Oxford Street. 176 easily takes an hour during the workday from FH, not helped by the 20mph speed limit as far...

You may find it quicker to use the Overground to Canada Water, then use the Jubilee to Waterloo, then the Northern line to TCR as it can take up to 12 mins to get to London Bridge from New Cross Gate....

I'd contact your bank to get that refunded. Also contact London Overground who can contact Bank Machine who operate the cashpoints.

Both have the same owner. GoVia, part of the Go Ahead Group, they also run the London Central and Metrobus local bus services.

Bizarrely TfL's own website doesn't mention the Penge High Street roadworks. The irony is the roadworks that the site mentions isn't really affecting the 176 and 197 in Sydenham.
