Yup. Doesn't look too far off the mark given one in Grierson is asking for something over 600k, and another in Riseldine wants 575k. 18 months ago, these were selling for low to mid 400's.

We have recently purchased a house in HOP on the basis it is an "up and coming" area. Lewisham Council, please don't make a mockery of our decision to live here.
