Off course on another thread which is fluffy and nice Red67!
I may not agree with you on some political matters but are these guys having a laugh or what!
Who's gonna STOP building on our green spaces!
Let's have seven stories flats everywhere and create a jungle, that would be fun NOT!
Maybe we can all build on the top of our houses!
Ahem! If there is privatisation on new builds surely it should be split equally between affordable housing, privately owened and social housing (for genuine people).
Am I daft or is this just how normal peeps think?
I sure don't want to be normal if this is how we think as a whole, I'd much rather be daft!

Just received a letter form Lewisham Homes to inform the residents that they are revising the proposal development and will have another Resident Consultation in May or June 2016 and submit the planning application in July 2016 and start work in January 2017 and completion of Works and Letting in December 2019, For further details go to the Lewisham Homes website:
Well, the ugly, ill-conceived towerblock on an open, green space part of the plan has been shelved....
(from the official Lewisham Homes letter, sent 25th Nov):
"Priority will be given to creating new homes on the two Knapdale Close sites. The works will take a fresh look at the design of these sites and will also propose improvements to the estate to complement the housing developments. Together with the Council we have decided that the proposed development of the Eliot Bank site will not be taken any further at this time."
