Over the past three months, Forest Hill Safer Neighbourhood Team has been visiting residents on the ward as part of a Community Engagement Strategy. We have been asking our residents to provide their contact details and e-mail address in order to facilitate a two way communication process.

The purpose of this system is to enable us to send ‘Crime Alerts’ to registered members in order to keep you updated on crime trends in your area and ways in which you can protect yourself and your property. We also utilise this method of communication to send out newsletters and witness appeals for incidents that happen within the locality.

We are now trying to encourage ALL of our residents within the ward of Forest Hill to join the scheme to help improve the levels of communication between us and to reduce the risk of crime in our community.

If you are interested in registering for this scheme please e-mail the team your personal details, including your name, address, contact telephone number and e-mail address.

Once you have done this a member of the team will complete your registration for you.

The details you provide us will only be used for policing matters and will not be passed on to any other organisations.
Should you decide that you no wish to be on our contact list, ask us to remove your details at any time.

Should you require any further information please do not hesitate to get in touch with us on 0208 721 2723, alternatively you can e-mail us at ForestHill.SNT@met.police.uk

Kind regards
