Hello,
Could anyone help, there was a planning application to demolition the buildings on this site but it was withdrawn. Does anyone know what condition the site is in at present, are the properties occupied?
Thanks for any help.

both flats are occupied. They were done up in the summer but someone has cleared the area at the back including chopping down the tree so owner may well try again

Thank you for the resposnse.
In another part of Lewisham the same applicant currently has applied to convert a house into 4 flats, which I and it appears others also believe is totally inappropriate. Looking at previous applications the developer does seem like to squeeze a quart into a pint pot.
Why is it in Lewisham just when you think things are moving forward someone comes along to stop it improving.

Resurrecting a really old thread here, but does anyone know what's happening with the space at the back of 63-65 BV? It was cleared last summer and boards put up, however these are now falling into a state of disrepair..

no-the boards blew down in the gales on Christmas Eve. It does look a mess- it would be lovely if it were turned into a garden or mini-narute reserve. I don't know if the owner has resubmitted plans for a new building there. I think the last lot of plans were too tall or had too many units in or something similar. It would have meant disruption to residents of Austin Close and a drain on water/energy infrastructure in the area.
It may be worth contacting the counsil to ask? or look on their website at the planning permissionn section
