Has anyone else had a letter through explaining the extension for 64? Not sure if this will be blocking the light for houses on shipman rd? I have never objected to something like this before and not sure what to say? I would be grateful for any help?

Just looked at the plans and I can't see that it will have any (or any significant) effect on light - it's an "in-fill" extension of the side return of the house as I understand it - so the extension does not go beyond the line of the rear of the property - when it talks about extending approx 6m from the rear of the original property it means from the dining room window - not 6m from the kitchen (at least that's how I read the plans).

I don't think it would have any impact on residents of Shipman Road.

It would block the light from their dining room, but I think that would be the only impact.

Thank you, yes it was the 6 meter part that I am confused about as thought it was going from the kitchen into the garden.
