This, or maybe finding out exactly what Morrison's plan are, or what's happening at the Capitol, might be a way to find out whether the new Forest Hill councillors are up to the job.

I hope that people don't come to regret 'punishing' the local, and as far as I understand, good and respected previous councillors for decisions made by their party's leadership.
