Dual Carriageways

There is a short stretch of Brockley Rise http://goo.gl/maps/r2uqV
but this doesn't properly have two lanes in each direction. But I must admit that the railway bridges at Honor Oak Park do just about have two lanes, so this is probably the best so far.
