Congratulations Jordon on winning tonight's BBC2 'The Great Interior Design Challenge' (but please don't lose sight of your bacon sandwich loving punters).

Good luck with the rest of the competition!

He was great wasn't he? Thats a good old slap on the back when I see him next. Sure the famous FH bacon sarnies can only get better (if thats even possible) from here in! I just let him know on twitter you posted here.

Well done Jordan again!

Got to let all know the bacon sarnies are still the best in FH and haven't slipped, I popped in for one this morning and was lovely to get a few good morning's and lots of waves from little customers while I was waiting.

He Should have won in the final..To my mind Jordon was robbed of the trophy!
It would have looked fabulous sat in on a shelf in StDavids!

Exactly, nottinghillbilly, I was tempted to post immediately after the show with the word 'ROBBED!'

I thought he handled it with dignity and honour (knowing that he was probably the winner) so he did himself proud.

Have to disagree; the lady was better. Jordon was good but the green stripey bedroom was a disaster - so old fashioned and unpleasant. And the mural was not good and made the room look so small. Good effort though and let's wish him well. Not sure I am ready to let him loose on my house though.

robbrockley you love to put down local businesses in SE23, maybe because you live in Brockley (which I love too) but get a grip!!! and stop bad mouthing SE23! I loved Jordans mural and striped room. and as you refer to the winner as the lady you don't really have a clue do you? if you have no name your shame. Sorry all for the rant but robbrockley are you for real!

Sarah deserved to win, all the way through the show she outperformed all the other contestants in style, design and creativeness in my opinion. Well done Sarah, and well done Jordan who also is a fantastic interior designer.

P1971, some of your comments do not do you or your beloved Forest Hill any favours at all, in fact, some of your comments suck the enjoyment out of the place, not to mention this forum.

Didn't watch the show so can't make any comment on that but P1971 you really should review your posts and think carefully before you hit Post. There is no doubting that you are passionate about Forest Hill but you don't have a monopoly on it.

Rob made a comment about his own views on the design (a view to which he is perfectly entitled) - there was no bad mouthing of any local business.

Cheeky and AMFM I agree that everyone is entitled to comment on their own views. I'm sorry if I upset anyone with my reply and maybe I was a bit harsh, but my reply wasn't only referring to this thread.

I have to say P1971 I am fed up with your comments on this forum. I don't want to have a slanging match with you in public but anyone more likely to drive people away from this forum - and potentially Forest Hill than you, I cannot imagine. You treat this as your own private permanent advert, where only your views are correct, volunteering for every possible thing that is going (another reason for me not to get involved because I just don't know that I could bear to come upon you at something). You know absolutely nothing about me or why I have the views I have but it doesn't stop you launching in and attacking. I said nothing at all about any businesses or Jordon's business in particular - I like it as it happens - but I didn't like one of his designs. What I don't likes domineering, interfering bossy boots who want to run/rule the world. Learn to back to back off, keep some of your views to yourself, and allow other to breathe. And be big enough to recognise that not everything is life is great and to be applauded. Oh, and I don't live in Brockley.
