Just a little update: the guys from the Railway Telegraph are coming along with a Carnival-style disco and, to complement that, the fabulous Irish musicians from the Blythe Hill Tavern are coming along, too, to do an acoustic set. The sand for the beach has arrived, and there's going to be a tattoo-lady (she does temporary tattoos for people), a face painter and loads of fab crafts/jewellery stalls. The sun is meant to be shining in the afternoon, so it's looking good so far!Thumbsup

I couldn't make it but my husband and child did, and they had a fantastic time! Thanks to everyone who organised this nice event.

I completely agree with Roz.
I had a great time. A real community atmosphere and a great way to spend the bank holiday weekend. Thanks to everybody to helped organise this event.
