ha! we're already a week late, that would be a little excessive

I just remember that we've got in touch with a lot of local mums & dads to be that are due any time between now and the end of the year.

We've also started a chat group on Yahoo so as not to overburden the good burghers of this town with talk of our offspring and so we may plan get-togethers in pubs without starting another big row

Smile

Hi there

I'm due very end of August and would love to meet other mums and dads-to-be in the area. I'm haven't got a clue either to be honest, but maybe we can find others who have! It sounds like the people in the previous thread all met at the Honor Oak pub, maybe we could do the same some time?

Hi, check out the link below and please do join the group - actually should be time for a catch up again soon, perhaps a pub with a beer garden... I know a lot of the bumps of a few months ago are now babies (not ours though - 3 weeks to go).

Rob & family, all the best and let us know your news!

Sorry, still working full time at the moment so I'm not free tomorrow. Hope the appointment goes well. Do you fancy meeting at the pub one weekend, with Bell?

Hi - weekends suit me best too as also still working but would love to meet up. Am around this weekend if anyone fancies meeting?

Also, don't suppose anyone is doing the NCT weekend course in Catford in August?

Tea/Coffee/Brunch (depending on how hungry the bump is!) on Saturday morning then?

There's Tuareg and the Lemon Grove in FH?

Saturday morning would be great for me. I have a hospital appt in the afternoon but will be free in the morning.

So as not to scare the first time mums .... probably best that I leave my two year old at home unless anyone else is popping along with any toddlers

It could be seen as preparing us for the future! 2 yr olds welcome as far as I'm concerned..

If there's anywhere else that people would like to meet up am happy to travel.

Lemon Tree/Grove (I'm doubting myself now - esp since brain deterioration seems to be reaching new levels!) is on London Road almost opposite Sainsbury's - next to Wates I think..

10am is OK for me.. we should be easy to spot anyway!

Hello all,

I am really sorry I was unable to make the meet on Saturday and apologies that it has taken me ages to email - today is my first chance of getting back on line.

Hope there will be an opportunity to get meet again some time so please keep me posted.

I dont know about you but my bump seems to have ballooned in the last week or so - we are convinced I am having dumbo.

m
