Yes but How much is his incarceration going to cost us.
I understand twice as much spent on food for prisoners than hospital patients.
Hopefully will be put to work. He could sew enough mail bags for the whole UK.

Could this be Delroy Grant who's been in the news this week, think they're calling him the night stalker?
