Hi all,

Carers Lewisham is holding a charity table sale at our Forest Hill centre on the 26th October 2013. Don't miss the opportunity to bag up a bargain for your early Christmas shopping!

Treat yourself to a wide selection of pre-loved or new items such as clothing, accessories, shoes, bric-a-brac, plus plants, homemade cakes, burgers and much more! This sale will raise funds for Carers Lewisham, a local independent charity who provide support for anyone aged 5 to 95+ years old who, unpaid, looks after a mentally or physically ill or disabled relative or friend.

Thank you for putting this on here.

I've walked past the Lewisham Carers Centre a zillion times and always wondered to myself what you guys did.

Now I know.

I'll be there. Particularly for the plants and homemade cakes. I do love cakes.

See you on Saturday the 26th of October.

Great, I'm glad to know this post raised more awareness about our work!

We have been around for the last 25 years but we realise that our centre doesn't have a great visibility and many don't know about the amazing work that unpaid carers do to our community, we think they are unsung heroes! Thumbsup

We are looking forward to see you on the 26th October!
