Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any advice for dealing with Management Companies. The building that I live in has had a structural issue for over a year now, and despite numerous phone calls and letters (also begging!) no progress has been made.

If anyone has any suggestions they would be most welcome.
Thank you in advance!

Hi Adnarim,

We're currently looking to replace our management company because of similar issues (lack of communication being the main) - we seem to be managing the property ourselves but paying an exorbitant management fee to this company for not a lot of return at all.

I would be interested to know which company manages your property, to see if it's the same as ours. If you don't want to publicly name and shame, please feel free to PM me.

Hopefully you'll get it sorted soon!
