Oh, new2foresthill, it kinda, sorta sounds like you have not been to the Forest Hill high street with its fine collection of ‘normal’ (and ‘abnormal’!) high street shops.

I know that it is a little bit damp here in The City (I’m lurking on Gracechurch Street at the mo’) yet Forest Hill is always “beautiful one day, perfect the next”.
