do we actually know who this landlord is? My wife is related to the agents who this person used to try and impose that dominos pizza on us, so I will try and find out.

This person needs to be contacted, and we need to start a petition, I think we need to start getting more proactive and use the same people power that stopped dominos to get that unit filled.
