I couldn't agree with you more. I don't have any positive news though other than I understand there has been interest.
Frankly, it seems there has always been interest, that isn't the hold up, it is the landlord and prospective tenant coming to an equitable arrangement that seems to the problem. Hopefully the extra footfall generated by the new supermarket, and anecdotally there certainly seems to be some, will help. So long as the price doesn't go up again because of this as I would consider this effect is priced in already!
