hello, we are a couple of Portuguese nationals who will be coming to forest hill road in September dacres about, we are coming to Venezuela by crime there.
She is a teacher and nanny and I'm a musician, we have no one there, but decided to take this path, thanks for allowing me to enter the forum and hope to make friends. jorge and katherine

Has anyone ever been to Mi Cocina es Tuya in Crystal Palace? It's website says it's a Venezuelan cafe...haven't seen another one in London...

the Portuguese community is around Kennington... Stockwell... Wandsworth Road.
There's a gorgeous Portuguese restaurant in Crystal Palace called A Torre.

They sell very nice Portuguese custard tarts in Aga's Little Deli on Dartmouth Road Smile

The Venezuelan cafe in CP is very good! I think they only take cash so be prepared...if not Sainsbury's across the street has the hole in the wall...

Jorge it might be of interest to you as a musician that a local restaurant/bar http://www.thehillbar.co have recently added a baby grand piano. As far as I know you can rock up and play.
