The SEE3 project started with bids from the Forest Hill and Sydenham Assemblies with match funding from planning gain S106 monies arising out of the Bell Green development. The S106 agreement specifically stated that the monies were to be spent on Forest Hill and Sydenham Town Centres. The funding will be spent by 31 March 2014 so the meeting next Wednesday is to review the past year and discuss what the focus should be for the next year.
