Does anyone on the forum happen to live in the Fieldings, or know it well? I am interested in buying something there as it has such a lovely outlook and is so quiet. Is it really as good to live in as it looks, and is anything for sale? Any info at all gratefully received.

Thanks

Jane

Off Manor Mount. Always seems to me like a nice little cul de sac.

A friend used to live there- it was very nice and quiet and she loved it. However I believe there is a Japanese knotweed problem in the open land area affecting the garage block, and some concern as to what to about it. I think there is some sort of management company for this area with potentially high charges. There also used to be a lot of drug dealing at the end of the road nearest Manor Mount but that may have been dealt with by now.
However if I had the chance to move there I would probably jump at the chance.
