It really looks like a Banksy intervention, doesn't it. Given that he is in NYC this month, doing his thing (it looks like a lot of fun) I wonder who did that? It wasn't there before.

Yes, its so disrespectful.
The graffiti art was really cool-cant someone fine the promoters of the events that the posters publicise for flyposting????
