Just wondering if anyone else if part of the upgrade programme being undertaken by L&Q housing? It's been in the pipeline for months with upgrade/repair work to roofs, windows and masonry being undertaken across properties that were transferred to L&Q from Lewisham Council.

I've had a letter detailing the works will begin from August 5th, but was wanting to know if anyone has had any specific dates when work will occur?
