New IT ticketing terminals at FH station

The ticket office is closed this afternoon while they're installing the new ticketing terminals.

These are the same ones used at stations on the Overground north of Surrey Quays which should make it easier to solve Oyster issues.

Sure...
Just yesterday my wife was try get weekly travel card and all 3 machines refuse to sell it. She put cash in to machine and she get all back in change ... Person who try buy ticket before experience same. So machines are not any better...

Those are the self service ticket machines outside the station which you should complain to London Overground about.

What I mentioned is the ticket issuing machines behind the counter. There is a notice in the station which says they'll offer a wider range of Oyster products from late August.

You can also buy a weekly travelcard from the numerous Oyster Travel Shops of which two are less than two minutes walk away from the station.
