Application has been made
to the Licensing Authority of
the Premises Licence for the
Forest Hill, London, SE23
following terms:-

London Borough of Lewisham to vary
Bird In Hand at 35 Dartmouth Road,
3HN. The application includes the
1. To extend the hours for the sale of alcohol so that if granted
the commencement hour will be 09.00 seven days a week and the
terminal hour on a Friday and Saturday will be 01.00 the following
morning and on Sundays 23.00.
2. To extend the opening hours on a Sunday to commence at
08.00 (in line with the other days of the week). Also to extend
the opening hours to end at 01.30 on a Friday and Saturday and
23.30 on a Sunday.
3. To authorise late night refreshment on Friday and Saturday to
01.00 the following morning
