Is this thread discussing vandalism or Graffiti? I personally like a really well done piece of Graffiti that conveys a message and is legally done in an area designated by the council or permission is given by those that own the 'canvas' so to speak, like when Connex allowed the underpass below the station to be decorated. I don't on the other hand agree with 'tagging' or 'Biroglyphics' as I call it where people mindlessly daub personal monikers or scratch into train windows some unreadable message associated with gangs or illegal activity as it is aimed to intimidate and should not be tolerated.
