While I'm on the subject of Woolstone road, has anyone else noticed the large loft extension to no 144? On the corner of como road. I haven't checked to see if it has planning permission but it seems very, er, large. Any thoughts?

Yep, I know that one too. Haven't seen a planning application for it (and I have looked!). I've assumed the builder has chosen the size of the extensions to comply with 'permitted development rights' and therefore doesn't need planning permission. I don't know the rules for loft extensions but I think it's based on a percentage of the original size. It does look big on that house though, maybe because it's the side and rear.
