My car's been broken into (or rather, the unlocked door opened - my own fault entirely) and someones had a good rummage, but apparently not nicked anything.
Cd's (priceless rave anthologies!), expensive sunglasses and a quality penknife all left, unwanted. Handsfree kit not ripped out.. in fact it was an exercise in moderation. In Hackney, they would of had the lot.
People, take your valuables out of your cars, lock them up every time and above all, read the leaflets which get distributed warning of attempted car break-ins locally - they are real.
