The shops under the newish flats at the top of Perry Vale are starting to open. I am talking about the flats just next to Finches Ski/bike shop.. There is a "Supermarket" - which looks like an express type shop and I think some sort of café/take away. There are still a couple of vacant shop fronts but Finches tell me they should all open fairly shortly with talk of a restaurant opening up.

About time too I say - there is plenty of foot fall in that area..
Nice to see more development rather than empty/boarded up shops..

A mini-mart appears to have opened.
