Does anyone on here get annoyed when the police helicopter is working overhead late at night or early in the morning? Ever wonder what they are doing up there? Well a great way to find out is to follow their Twitter feed on @mpsinthesky .
I had the pleasure of spending the day at Lippitts Hill today where the ASU are based and found it VERY interesting, so thought I would share my findings with my fellow SE23 residents.

Their twitter feed is great - it's fascinating to see what they do. Also that they have quite the sense of humour. Glad you enjoyed your day!

They do indeed have a great sense of humour over there.
When one of the choppers was going out on a job, the PC we were with asked which way they were going, the pilot looked over, blank look on his face and said.........'errm....UP!'
The twitter feed is indeed a must though, and very informative.
Was a fantastic day out, and would recommend it to any of their Twitter followers. Next time you see a competition from them, enter it.

I don't get annoyed when I hear the helicopter overhead. But I lock my doors!
