One thing to remember is that it only covers the blitz currently, and not the rest of the war, so there were many more bombs dropped on the area.

It looks as though Forest Hill and Sydenham escaped relatively unscathed by the Blitz (242 days from 7 Oct 1940 to 6 Jun 1941):
