sorry, Michael...didn't read your post before i replied. Yes, and there may be dogs, unable to vote due to lack of opposable thumbs, who must also, surely, be allowed to vote by proxy. FH is clearly better for dogs than Lewisham High street. We won't talk about the cat in Catford - wouldn't want to cloud the issue for any dog wishing to vote...via its owner..for FH
