Anyone know if there are any contols over the hours lorries can arrive/depart the store (particularly in the morning)? Lewisham Council tells me there were no conditions attached to the original planning consent which to me seems unlikely.
Yes I have a vested interest as a new resident of Manor Mount

Have a search on some old threads. I am pretty sure we discussed this a few years ago and the earliest delivery was supposed to be 8am.

thanks. I thought I had read somewhere it was meant to be after 8am.
Lorries are in fact arriving and departing around 7am.
Have tried a search of previous threads but nothing came up.

PM Admin and ask them to do a search. I think a lot of stuff was archived.

Im sure when I worked there, they were allowed way before 8. But limitations were put on use of reversing tones and running the refrigeration units.
Probably all changed now though. But im sure milk and produce were way before 8am
Have you tried emailing the store about this?

Grateful for replies and clarification. I have not seen lorries before 7am so if the 7am time is correct, they would appear to be acting legitimately. Having said that, Lewisham planning department have been unable to confirm if there are any time restrictions on delivery times.
Also, I wonder if there are any restrictions on vehicle size as they do seem to struggle (noisily) to make the turn from Pearcefield Avenue into Manor Mount.
