Hello,
Now that the old post office has closed down we no longer have a postbox outside (they recently closed the one outside the old office). Do you know who I can complain to regarding this- And do you know where the nearest one is in the meantime.

That's very poor. Don't know who you can complain to, but the nearest post box I know is on the London Road opposite Taymount Rise. It's not far from Sainsburys.

The other 2 near ones are in Devonshire Road on right hand side by old sorting office , then Perry Vale at entrance to Car Park.

And there is one located inside WH Smiths, upstairs by the Foreign Exchange counter

apparently the Post Office have to apply to the local authority for planning permission for s post box outside which Smiths/Post Office are in the process of doing it is inconvenient but i suppose the one in sainsburys helps which collects up to 6pm
