The Capitol does have its faults but is on balance a plus factor for SE23.
If they could get rid of the few 24/7 drinkers who arrive at 9am for alcohol then would improve further.
Not easy running a Pub that size but they do their best

Lewisham does have a cinema - they use the Broadway occasionally. Similarly Hornimans occasionally shows films. And for those wanting more of an art form you can go down the hill to Dulwich (Cinema Paridiso). With all this why would anyone want to move to Bromley or Croydon? (why oh why) Any why oh why did they make 'son of Rambow'.

Of course in its hay day the Capitol was tremendously popular being on the intesection of train, tram and bus routes. Sure we discussed all this in the archives about three years ago.
