There's a piece in the Times' Bricks and Mortar section today extolling the virtues of HOP.

Yes I read the article, and yes they were right to question the "mixed" quality of the parade

Of course the journalist didn't do enough digging to discover the Sainsburys local plan which of course will jump start the parade
