Just saw this item on BBC Lunchtime News and then found the link on BBC.

As HMS Ocean almost completes her pass through the barrier the tug at the stern seemed to be struggling to pull her away from the north side pontoon and it looks almost certain she glanced the pontoon just as her stern made it clear.

Or was it a near- miss ?

A stonewall penalty.
HMS Suarez would have exploded and sunk.
