Fresh organic bread sold at Nandi Nandi

By popular demand, from Saturday 21st April, Nandi Nandi will sell bread, croissants and pain au chocolat made by Francis Cooper of Cooper’s Bakehouse - a local baker based in Crofton Park.

The choice of breads are:
Overnight White Loaf
Pain de Campagne Sourdough
Spelt 50:50
Wholemeal Cob
Maltstar Granary

Arriving fresh at Tuesday to Friday and early on Saturday; get here in good time to avoid disappointment or place your order 24 hours in advance and we will try to meet your needs.

That is great news. Have tried the first 3 of those breads and they are all top class - especially the sourdough.

The croissants are superb.

It's where Bertam Bakery used to be - on that bit of Honor Oak Park that is right by Brockley Rise. It's near the second hand office furniture shop on the Stondon Park/Brockley Rise/HOP crossroads, the old-skool barber shop and McLarens cafe if that's any help.

Haven't been there yet myself but will try it if they do sourdough.
