I am sorry to say that there is a dead cat outside our flats (opposite Fairlawn school next to the temporary traffic lights) It's white with large brown patches

I am hoping we can find the owner, but does anyone know what I should do next? is it a council matter.

thanks

Paul

The Council will remove it.

Often the police remove dead cats and foxes during the night.
