Can't believe we got 16 positive posts before someone started running the area down. Things must be looking up!
Anyway it was just HTG in usual form so that doesn't count.

I wouldn't get too carried away. Whilst the area certainly has many positives, there are also plenty of aspects in which SE London is considerably ****er than North London.
I'm a bit confused by this post. What does ****er mean?
Poorer?
Bigger?
Perhaps we can have a few suggestions from the citizens. A prize of a pint in the Blythe Hill Tavern for the best of them. An award of a night out in Islington with HTG for the worst.
