No, the wife (for it was she who did all the work) travelled to Kings for midwife business. But we expected to as that's where we were planning to give birth. We did ante-natal in the deserted Dulwich Hospital, which was a bit spooky.

This was nearly 2 years ago and we'll be repeating the process shortly, so it will be interesting to see if anything has changed.
