I am quite upset that I have been now diagnosed with gluten intolerance...

With all the stuff I am no longer allowed to eat I may as well have been.
After 13 years of GPs wondering why food makes me ill, I have finally found out that I am lactose, wheat, gluten, buckwheat, eggs, beef, lamb and lentils intolerant. For a French person it is a tragedy! No more le pain, le vin, le boursin! At least now I know why when I was trying to remove one food to my diet to see if I felt better it never worked: I was intolerant to a lot more stuff than they thought.

Alas, Spelt is not suitable for a gluten-free diet.
I am going to get some German Rye bread but found that the one sold by Sainsbury contains wheat too. The one I got from Waitrose is pure Rye. It is getting awfully complicated.
A saviour though as been the Jamaican Take Away and Organic Deli in Brockley Rise. Brilliant shop! They have lots of wheat free, dairy free, vegan and organic products.
