Pros

I love my street for its varied architecture, lovely people, trees and views. My road doesn't feel like it is in London.

I love the many and varied local parks. Including gems like sydenham wells.

The overground has been a revelation. FH is now closer to the City and the wharf.

A really good choice of excellent local primaries like Eliot bank.

Horniman on the doorstep is great. [/align]

It is clean.

Cons

It is cut in half by a very busy road.

The station is the natural focal point and the building is horrid and the service begrudging.

Shortage of great local shops (ie butcher; grocer; quality restaurants)

Dominos don't deliver yet (that's a joke btw)
