Two police officers have been blasted by bosses after it took two days to find a man's body in a wheelie bin.

They checked an outside wheelie bin and found no signs of a body - but did not ask about the boyfriend or his whereabouts.

However, the next day the officers were sent back to check the house in Forest Hill, South-East London, and they found the remains of Shaun Corey, 42, in a sealed wheelie bin in the lounge.
