On July 23rd, between 08:55 and 11:25 the torch relay will travel from Bromley, via Beckenham, Penge to Crystal Palace where it will loop round the National Sports Centre site and Crystal Palace Park several times. Lots of opportunity to see it and much better to be off the South Circular which is already far too congested. There is so much detail published on the official Olympic site down to the names and sometime photo's of the individual runners. Go check.
