A video of everyday life on the streets of Brockley has been made available by the Daily Mail.

I didn't hear that remark in the audio. At 2:12 after '...he might have friends from round here', the next comment is 'You think he's got friend?'

Perhaps I'm listening to the wrong bit of audio, can you confirm?

I'm 100% sure the guy says "you think he's got friends?!?" followed by a chuckle.

These aren’t the racists you're looking for, move along Thumbsup

I didn't hear what Londondrz heard either. This is the dialogue I heard after 2.00 minutes (after the main speaker had closed the window and, I assume, didn't want his companion to make it obvious that they are watching what was going on outside):

(1) No don't open that cos I don't want him to like... you know...

(2) What [something] back up?

(1) No, but I mean like, he might have friends from around here or something, I don't want him...

(2) You think he's got friends?!

As said, most likely mishead. Laptop speakers are not the best.

Still amazed at the sheer amount of police there in the end. I think he may have had a few "issues".
