Hi all
Mordechai has been coming for the feeds to his old house at Austin Close, but has not been seen for the past week.
Has anyone seen him or Tim?
Thank you.

I saw him Thursday lunch time when he asked for food I hope he's ok. My neighbour is still giving him food so I'll ask her later if she's seen much of him this week

not seen him today (I have been indoors all day nursing a hangover ) but gave him some dried food yesterday. I am still a bit worried about how he is coping in the cold and the rain. I fed him Friday and Saturday - think my cat is getting used to it now! He doesn't seem very social - he is keen for food but vanishes as soon as he has eaten

that is great!!! Thank you all for looking after Mordechai.
He was invited to come inside his old home, but declined the invitation.

Happy New Year to you all, who have supported Mordechai. He started to come inside his old house. Hopefully with time he will settle back in.

He is a regular in our garden now in Austin Close and comes to drink from the birdbath. Not sure I should be feeding him? We put some milk out but he didn't drink it.

are you as soft hearted as me then? my neighbour said I shouldn't feed him when he came round here but he looked so pleading I thought maybe he was homeless - I think he's just manipulative
I even bought different dried food to what I give my cat for him
oh and I think someone told me milk we drink isn't good for cats - they do sell "cat milk" in tesco so maybe that's true

Why, is Mordechai not athletic-looking beast? I saw him yesterday, he had some biscuits and off he went.
I am afraid Mordechai only eats dry food. He was offered meat, but declined the offer.

The cat I saw who looked like the photo in colouring certainly didn't look undernourished, let alone athletic ( sorry) Maybe its not the same cat! I'll get some dried food in for cats...whats the brand...then maybe we can do the occasional snack!!

Hi Everyone.
I just spotted this post as I was looking to identify a rather chubby stray (or so I thought) who regularly holds court across the road from my house on Ravensbourne Road.
He's enormously well fed but seems to like sitting on this one porch (although I've not seen anyone come and go from there for a long while).
He's also firm friends with my cat and never turns down a meal.
We've been referring to him as Bruiser as he's chased a few strays out of our garden.
