If you are like BD, who enjoy's nothing more like a good moan, but as a whole prefers to do it direct, then this will make it even easier for you.

It includes contacts for LBL, are near neigbours and for those of you in the bad lands, London Borough of Bromley + all the usual suspects such as the utility companies, DSG etc

You have to give some personal details, but only so they can be included in the e-mailed letter that they generate. Tick the box if you don't want to go on their mailing list.

Which also do some automatic complaint letters - for endowments as some of BD's older readers will know about.

Not checked whether there is an automatic complaint letter for pub chains.

BD - does he ever tire of helping?

I love complaining. Between us the local authorities etc must have a tree of files on us haha.

Nothing wrong with being heard. I am also vocal about being pleased with services too Smile
