London at the Brits
The Brit awards are always a good night for London: last night's ceremony was nothing if not a showcase for London talent. Plan B's award for Best Male was a proud moment for Forest Hill. Best Breakthrough Act Tinie Tempah comes from Plumstead, while Best British Album winners Mumford and Sons were all educated at St Paul's. Capital acts, all of them.

I am sure we all feel proud of Plan B's award, although possibly not as proud as the people of Forest Gate from whence he came. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plan_B_%28B...usician%29

No Arcade Fire in SE23 either, but hurray for them. Now people might stop asking me 'Arcade Who?' when I enthuse.

Doesn't former Brit winner Dizzee Rascal live in FH, although he's from Bow?

I think it is Mr Rascal's agent who lives in Forest Hill.

Grammy winner Drake comes from Forest Hill.
The well-to-do suburb of Toronto, that is.
